Product Introduction
HID620 series VFD are designed especially for crane industry according to HID600A vector control system. It is simple to operate and can cut down users' cost.
This series of VFD use the most advanced DSP specially for motor control and magnetic orient current close-loop vector control, which can accurately and stably complete the work. The product can widely used in various kinds of cranes.

Architecture Elevation
1. It is controlled by contactor and electric relay. The uncontrollable speed and huge shock to the machine are harmful to the elevator and reduce the efficiency of the enterprise.
2.Traditional controlling method produces hook slipping in the running and stopping moment.
3. The architecture elevator is specially used to lift loads, which needs controlling and protection.
Architecture Elevation with Cabinet-type VFD
1. The speed of running and braking are all adjustable, so that the shock to the machine is reduced and efficiency of the enterprise is improved.

Hoist-style Double Hook Bridge frequency control Cabinet- style
Hiconics introduces crane VFD integrated control cabinet in the way of electrical control with the special inverter, to provide crane overall customized solutions for users according to the needs of different users. The products are both integrated and modularized, with the changing frequency drive of lifting, walking, luffing, rotary and grab bucket, which realizes the integrated frequency control of the main hook and auxiliary hook, especially adding brake unit to lifting mechanism, in order to realize the rapid start stop lifting mechanism. Variable frequency control cabinet can cover all the power inverter, and can be matched with a wireless/wired remote control/cab operation mode.

Application Advantage

We will delivery for you after you done the full payment within 3 to 15 working days
b. Payment
For small order by air or by express, it is 100% T/T in advance.
For large order by ocean, 30% deposit of the order value should be paid, 70% of the balance payment should be done before delivery
